A builder’s obligation doesn’t stop when the job does.

Any new build project can be subject to a settling period. Plaster can crack as it dries out, foundations can sink.

Any contractor worthy of your work will provide you with a guarantee of the work they have completed, but please be aware that some faults that occur may be outside of this guarantee.
